5. Select the for Return.

6. For an exchange, enter new sales info. From the tab.

7. Navigate to Payment tab, then enter #.

8. Select Type from dropdown.

9. Confirm or enter tender, amount and select Apply. Select Submit and Receive Return .

10. Select or Print or Email/Print for receipt delivery options.
